Sunbeds:
Fitness Connection boasts five superb top of the range Helionova Sunbeds (4 Female and 1 male). These are perfect for building a tan before going on holiday or for keeping one when you've returned! Beds are available to book individually & cost £3.00/10 minute session (14 minutes on male sunbeds). Make sure you look out for our monthly offers. We are members of the Sunbed association and all users are screened and monitored to ensure safe use of our beds.

Beauty and Complementary:
Samantha's Beauty and Complementary Therapy facility offers a fantastic way to pamper and spoil yourself. Treatments on offer include facial and body treatments, waxing, eye treatments, massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and other healing arts. Manicures and pedicures are also available.

Sports Injuries Clinic:
The Sands also operates its own Sports Injuries Clinic. Advice is given on the nature of injuries followed by appropriate treatment and further advice on recovery and prevention of future problems. Peter Hampton & Geoff Haugh operate the clinic and both are qualified in the treatment and management of sports injuries.
