2003 the new Healthy Lifestyle gym boasts a Cardio Theatre
system
that allows you to plug in & choose what you want to
listen to or watch while you exercise. With over 90 pieces
of top quality equipment, air conditioning & a great
sound system with satellite TV you will find it hard to
find a better equipped gym.
All that is needed is a simple
induction
appointment with one of our instructors then you opt
for the ease of our Ultimate
card, paying monthly by direct debit or in a single annual
payment or if you wish you can pay per visit.
If you wish
we can devise a personal programme for you to follow or if
you can simply do your own thing. An
instructor is also
usually available for any questions you may have.
